Life and information

An abstract of my theory:

Life means mostly accumulating and processing information.

People and animals all theirs lives are accumulating and are processing information.

A biological system (organ system or body system) is a group of organs that work together to perform a certain task.

Evolution is faster for those capable to accumulate and process more information.

Aristotle considered the universe as a single organism in which each part grows and develops in its relationship to the hole and in which it has its proper place and function.

The Greek atomists drew a clear line between spirit and matter, picturing matter as being made of several basic building blocks.

As the idea of a division between spirit and matter took hold, the philosophers turned their attention to the spiritual world, rather than the material, to the human soul and the problems of ethics.

Aristotle created the scheme which was to be the basis of the Western view of the universe for two thousands years. He believed that questions concerning the human soul and the contemplation of God’s perfection were much more valuable than investigations of the material world.

The Upanishads speak about a higher and a lower knowledge, and associate the lower knowledge with various sciences, the higher knowledge with religious awareness.

Buddhists talk about relative and absolute knowledge, or about conditional truth and transcendental truth.

Ours physical bodies only provide the support, the energy for these processes of accumulating and processing information.

I see our consciousness composed of qubits and quantum states.

Quantum information is physical information that is held in the state of a quantum system. The unit of quantum information is the qubit.

Quantum information differs from classical information in several respects, among which we note the following: it cannot be read without the state becoming the measured value; the state may be in a superposition of basis values.

Wise people have a higher level of consciousness; they have a link with God trough prayers, meditations…(my book I am creating God).

Like the animals the majority of people are doing repetitive work, the process of Evolution is slower for them, because they have less qubits of information.

The Soul (psyche in Greek) is the evolving quality of the human entity, developing over countless lifetimes through the instrumentality of the personality.

The spirit is the principle of conscious life; the vital principle in humans, animating the body or mediating between body and soul.

All our activities like jobs, education…are for our growth of our capability as a system to accumulate and process information.

Quantum phenomena have some remarkable functional properties, such as nondeterminism and nonlocality.

Entanglement is a nonlocal property that allows a set of qubits to express higher correlation than is possible in classical systems.

A quantum system is moving from a superposition of multiple possible states to a single definite state, without the intervention of an observer or measurement.

Communicating with others trough our wavefunctions for our evolution, it is another way of accumulating information.

The cosmologists are looking at the Universe at physical level, I see the Universe at information level.

In my view the Universe started from a qubit with high energy (Big Bang).

What Banged? In my view: a qubit of information (a photon) with a very high oscillation frequency.

The frequency of the qubit:

f = (Energy of the universe) / h = Muniverse × c^2 / h = 3.35 × 10^54 × (2.99792458 × 10^8)^2 / (6.62606896 × 10^(-34))

f = 4.544 × 10^104 Hz

I can say life started when the smallest system capable to accumulate and process information was created.

I see the hunger, the fighting is for information.

The Universe is a huge source of information; everybody is hungry to accumulate as much information as they can.

I calculated precisely the lower bound, the lowest number of qubits after the Big Bang:

min Iuniverse = 15.392 × 10^61 qubits.

People are fighting for resources like land, oil, money… wise people are fighting for information. That is why the majority are looking only for material values (they can not do more than that anyway) and the wise ones are looking only for information.

That is why in the past wise people lived in caves and did not care about what people were doing in villages, cities…

People are classifying the civilizations after how much energy they generate and control.

Looking to the future, the astronomer N. Kardashev categorized future civilizations in the following way:

A Type 1 civilization is one that controls the energy resources of entire planet; they colonized the solar system. This civilization is a truly planetary one, which has mastered most forms of planetary energy. Their energy output may be on the order of thousands to millions of times our current planetary output; this type of civilization has enough energy to modify the weather.

A Type 2 civilization is one that controls the power of the sun itself. They may even build a gigantic sphere around their star to more efficiently utilize its total energy output. Even if they try to conceal their existence, they must, by the Second Law of Thermodynamics, emit waste heat. From outer space, their planet may glow like a Christmas tree ornament.

The energy factor mastered by a Type 2 civilization is about 1026 watts or a 10 billion-fold increase over that controlled by Type 1. A Type 2 civilization is virtually immune to extinction.

A Type 3 civilization is one that controls the power of an entire galaxy. Such a civilization can manipulate space-time and possesses almost godlike powers. They have exhausted the power of a single star, and have reached for other star systems. No natural catastrophe known to science is capable of destroying a Type 3 civilization.

Between Type 1 and Type 3 civilization are millions years in evolution.

A Type 3 civilization with access to the power comparable to the luminosity of the entire Milky Way galaxy will have the power 4 x 1037 watts.

We are now at Type 0 civilization, most of our energy derives from fossil fuels like oil and coal.

I classify the civilizations after how much information they can accumulate and process from the Universe.

Primitive societies are using less information from the Universe; advanced civilizations are using more information.

The funny thing will be if we will find out that an advanced civilization is using and controlling the information of our planet and of course we do not know about it.
